    Agent

    Jessica started the agency in March of 2016. She has been working in the insurance industry since 2006 and has a passion for serving the local community. Jessica is proud of her involvement in continuing education and serves on many local boards. She is also very involved and gives back to those in her community as often as she can.

    Melissa Ostrander

    CISR, PC, Customer Service Manager/Property & Casualty Licensed

    Melissa is our office manager for our agency and more than likely if you make a call to our office you will speak to her. Since starting with us in 2019 she has gone above and beyond at our agency and truly makes the day-to-day operations seamless. Melissa grew up in Olivet with her mom, brother, and sister. She is married with four wonderful children and one beautiful granddaughter.

    Meghan Moreno

    Account Executive

    Meghan started working at Farm Bureau Insurance in June of 2023. She loves the culture and environment of the agency and helping out the insureds. Meghan is married with two beautiful children and loves spending time with family and friends!
